You will receive an e-print (PDF) file of your contribution shortly before publication. You may use this file to print and distribute as many as 50 copies. Alternatively, you may obtain 50 printed offprints from the publisher by e-mailing your request to proof-queries@tandf.co.uk. Offprints of book reviews will include the entire book review section. Authors of articles (but not book reviews) will also receive a copy of the issue in which their contribution appears. Please note that the publisher allocates 50 offprints for each article; co-authors should plan to share these.
