CALL FOR PAPERS – DEADLINE APRIL 1
2012 Annual Allied Social Science Associations Meetings
January 6-8, 2012
The International Association of Feminist Economics (IAFFE) invites members to submit panel proposals and individual paper submissions on any area of feminist inquiry into economic issues, to include:
- The Political Economy of Discrimination
- Social Organization of Care
- Women’s labor in historic perspective
- Working conditions, underemployment and over employment
- Feminist Economics contribution to Economic Policies
- Orthodox and heterodox methodologies in Feminist Economics research
IAFFE is planning several sessions with other organizations. We are planning for up to three panels jointly with the Union for Radical Political Economics (URPE) and welcome proposals on feminist and radical political economic theory and applied analysis.
IAFFE also has joint sessions with the Association for Social Economics (ASE), the Association for the Study of Grants Economics (ASGE), American Society of Hispanic Economists (ASHE) and the National Economics Association (NEA).
Please electronically submit a paper title and abstract of up to 250 words, along with your name and institutional affiliation, telephone, and email address to email@example.com and indicate “ASSA Proposal” in the subject line.
Please note current membership in IAFFE is required of all persons presenting papers in IAFFE sessions at the ASSA.

The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2011. Acceptance notices will be mailed by April 30, 2011, for IAFFE stand-alone panels.
